Shipping & Delivery

Most items are in stock and shipped as ready for blank merchandise. Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery of personalized items. Ad specialties and promotional products please allow 4-5 weeks. Rush Service is available for most orders, but requires a premium. Please check with one of our representatives about rush charges and availability for your order.
 
Privacy & Security

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. In addition, we employ an outside company to "audit" our security and make sure it is trustworthy.
When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower left hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
Returns & Replacements

Items without personalization may be exchanged or refunded if returned in their original condition within 30 days from receipt of your order. Any merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to review and a 20% restocking charge. Not all items are accepted for return after 30 days. Check with one of our representatives concerning your return beyond our written terms.
 
Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective either in workmanship or personalization.
Samples are returnable if the items are in their original condition and returned within 30 days. Any washed or worn samples cannot be returned.
 
All returns require a pre-approval and a return authorization number available from customer service. This number must appear on the box being returned. No items will be accepted without this number and prior authorization regardless of the reason for the return.
